These terms govern your use of hybridwtr.com and any purchases made through it. By using the site, you agree to them.
Orders & payment
All prices are in USD. Orders are confirmed when payment is captured. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping limitations. Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos may differ slightly from the product. Nutritional and ingredient information is informational only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before adding any supplement to your routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Hybrid WTR is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Subscriptions (when offered)
If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize recurring charges on the cycle stated at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or by replying to any subscription email. Charges already made are not refunded for late cancellation, but the next shipment is canceled.
Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
Accounts
You're responsible for the security of your password and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse, or interfere with the site. Don't use the contact form for spam.
Intellectual property
The Hybrid WTR name, logo, copy, photography, and product formulations are owned by Hybrid WTR LLC. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
