Limitations and alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of hybridwtr.com, there may be some limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue. Known limitations include:
- Third-party content:Stripe Checkout, Stripe Customer Portal, and embedded Brevo email content are governed by their respective vendors' accessibility standards. We monitor their conformance but do not control their implementation.
- Marketing video: the hero loop on the homepage is decorative, auto-plays muted, and respects
prefers-reduced-motion. Captions are not provided because the video contains no spoken or essential audio. - Older user-generated content: reviews and testimonials imported from legacy storefronts may not include alt text on uploaded photos. We are progressively adding descriptions as part of our ongoing remediation.
Assessment approach
Hybrid WTR assessed the accessibility of hybridwtr.com by the following approaches:
- Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria
